AUTOMECH AKHBAR EL YOM 2011 Visitor Promotional Campaign:

As long as trade visitors are the vital element to ensure the success of AUTOMECH series, ACG-ITF is launching an extensive campaign to attract visitors from the MENA region.

The massive promotional campaign includes targeted visitors mail outs, online promotion, trade associations contacts, PR campaigns at the key industry publications, radio & TV ad spots, outdoors, and other creative promotional efforts.

The campaign is expected to attract more than 480,000 visitors throughout the region, including more than 20,000 trade visitors from Egypt and neighboring countries.



The campaign will include, yet not limited to the following:

  • Editorials and advertisements in key newspapers & specialized magazines all over the MENA region.
  • Akhbar El Yom Newspaper Establishment media support and coverage, where both editorials and advertisements worth L.E. 4,500,000 (US$ 750,000).

  • 50,000 trade visitor invitations to potential visitors from the MENA region.
  • 50,000 VIP invitations hand delivered to leading businessmen and top VIP's in Egypt.
  • Direct mailing to ACG - ITF vat existing visitor database.
  • 300,000 flyer invitations placed in key public locations in Cairo.
  • Pre-show and Post show coverage and advertisements in the official trade journals.
